Job Summary

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Production Operative

to join our knife service production team. In this role, you'll help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, contributing to timely, in-full deliveries and a smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities

Operate robotic systems and machinery per work instructions Prepare knives for robotics and manual sharpening Inspect products for quality and accuracy Wash, bag, and log all processed items Replace and sharpen knives, blades, and scissors to customer specifications Perform machine start-up procedures and clean-downs Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety Accurately complete daily paperwork and production records Use internal HR and stock systems (including HR Cascade and Microsoft Excel) Occasionally assist with delivery driving (day shifts only) Carry out other duties as required by the shift manager

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferably food & beverage) Strong communication skills - verbal and written Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
