Production Operatives

to join our bottling operation at our

Church Stretton

site.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing manufacturing team, operating high-speed packaging machinery while helping to optimise quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

Shift Pattern:

Week 1: Mon-Fri: 6am-2.30pm Week 2: Mon-Thurs: 1.30pm - 10pm, Fri: 12.30pm-19.30pm

Job Purpose:

You will be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of production, working across various areas of the bottling and packaging process. This includes operating and monitoring machinery, maintaining product quality, and supporting warehouse operations when required.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery including fillers, labellers, and packing lines Monitor equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation Understand machine functions and make adjustments as required Carry out routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met Set up and adjust machinery for changeovers and varying production requirements Ensure adequate raw materials and supplies are available to meet production demands Load and unload vehicles with finished goods and raw materials Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished products Perform stock rotation and general warehouse duties Operate FLT equipment in line with company procedures (where applicable) Complete daily FLT inspections prior to use Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping Work in strict accordance with Health & Safety regulations

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable (full training provided) Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment A strong team player with excellent attention to detail Committed to maintaining Health & Safety and quality standards Reliable, flexible, and punctual

FLT licence desirable
