Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. This position offers full training. Starting shift 8am-4pm Monday-Thursday, once trained on using the machine these hours will be permanently 7am-5pm Monday-Thursday - Overtime may be available to Fridays if needed.

Responsibilities

Operate various production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with assembly processes, ensuring components are correctly assembled according to specifications. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work area at all times. Support warehouse activities such as stock movement, inventory checks, and packaging as required. Use of pallet truck - Training provided Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately under supervision. Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks as needed in this fast-paced role.
