J Price (Bath) Ltd, based in Box is a well-established manufacturing company, producing tennis balls and rubber moulded goods. As a family run company, we look after each other which is reflected in our staff retention levels.

Tennis Ball Production Assistant.

Due to increased sales we are looking for a production tennis assistant. You will need to be good with your hands, like practical tasks and have attention to detail. The position covers a few departments, from punching out shells and joining tennis balls to running the heat presses in the finishing moulds.

Work patterns

36 - 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 Days

Day Shift - 7 am to 6pm, depending on agreed hours.

Requirements -

Reliability and good time-keeping

Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Self-motivated and good team-player

Holidays -

20 days + Bank holidays if they fall on a day you normally work.

Fixed Holidays: you will be required to take annual leave during company shutdowns, currently, 2 weeks (8 days) in summer and 6 days at Christmas; this may vary from one year to the other.

Salary;

starting at 12.21 per hour going up to 12.50 p.h. (once trained)
