Production Operative - PO0625

Full Time, Permanent Position

Working Hours: 6.00am to 4.00pm (Monday to Thursday)

Location: Lisburn

About the role

As Production Operative you will be responsible for manufacturing customised endless conveyor belts.

What you'll be doing:

Maintain a safe and tidy work area, ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards. Conduct all processes in line with documented standard operating procedures. Organise workload to achieve daily targets and production efficiency rates. Ensure production documentation is completed accurately. Participate in risk assessments and health and safety audits. Contribute to our Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement ethos. Any other duties as required to fulfil the role.

About You:

You'll need to have:

1 year's recent experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift moderate to heavy weights. Demonstrate good numeracy and literacy skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for the role. Ability to work in a team. Flexible approach to the workload.
