Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team at English Braids Ltd in Malvern. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality synthetic ropes and braided cords that meet our customers' diverse needs.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process Collaborate with team members to meet production targets Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Conduct routine maintenance on equipment as needed Document production activities accurately Assist in training new operators when required

Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Previous experience as a Production Operator or similar role is preferred but not essential
