Production Operative

Hours:

4 on 4 off: 2 x 06:00 - 18:00, 2 x 18:00 - 06:00

Salary:

12.60 per hour, plus 2,000 pa shift allowance and 0.50 per hour attendance bonus.

There is the opportunity to earn up to 15.50 per hour dependent upon skill level.

All operatives will be trained and become qualified to operate a counterbalance forklift. Other training will include learning how to operate a variety of different mixing, moulding, and kiln machinery.

Key Responsibilities



Supporting all stages of catalyst manufacturing.

Handling and preparation of raw silt materials forming and processing ceramic spheres.

Operating and monitoring production equipment.

Maintaining quality and consistency standards.

Ensuring safe, efficient manufacturing processes in line with company procedures and production targets.

Skills & Qualifications



Experience in a production or manufacturing environment -

essential



The role involves manual handling and standing for extended periods.

Hard-Working, self-motivated attitude.

Some flexibility due to the shift pattern.

A willingness to learn.

A good level of literacy and numeracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
