Monarch is a reputable company in the water distribution industry, with over 50 years of experience in providing water softeners. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our Operations team.
In this role, you will be integral to our production processes, ensuring products are assembled and packaged to our high-quality standards. As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in contributing to our efficiency and maintaining the operational flow in our facility.

Requirements
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Ability to operate various types of machinery and tools safely and effectively. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. The ability to lift and carry heavy items. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
