Work Pattern:
5:45 am/pm-6:15 pm/am (40.25 hours per week), working a shift pattern of 4 on - 4 off on days and nights, Monday to Sunday. (Overtime and respective uplift available)
Starting Hourly Rate:
12.30
This role would suit someone early in their career who is keen to learn production and manufacturing processes, or an experienced Production Operative looking for stability and the opportunity to develop further within a growing UK manufacturing business.

The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in our day-to-day manufacturing operations, helping to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an opportunity to:
Develop practical skills within a manufacturing environment.

Work closely with experienced production colleagues.

Full training will be provided.
What Will You Be Doing?
Operating production machinery such as cutting, extrusion, and laminating equipment.
Monitoring production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
Handling aluminium and steel composite materials safely.
Carrying out quality checks on finished products.
Performing basic machine or tool maintenance and reporting faults.
Following all Health & Safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
What Are We Looking For?
We are open to candidates with little or no manufacturing experience, provided you have the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
We also welcome applications from experienced Production Operatives who are looking for a stable role within a supportive team and a growing business.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive approach to teamwork.

Depending on your background, you may bring some (not necessarily all) of the following:
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to carry out physical work, including manual handling.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
Sufficient English language skills to understand work instructions, health & safety procedures, and complete basic paperwork.
