The company currently wishes to recruit Production Operators who can impact on performance and make a positive contribution to the company's future growth.
(Day shift)
The Role
You will be required to work on the factory floor to assist team leads achieve daily production requirements.
Positions available throughout the factory floor including Press, Paint and Router areas.
Work as part of a team to meet production demands and satisfy customer requirements
Ensure good housekeeping standards at all times
Contribute towards achieving targets for the area: work order completion dates, productivity, HS & E, audit compliance etc
The Person
Essential Requirements:
Good communication skills and work ethic;
Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team
Excellent attendance and timekeeping essential
Ability to understand English, both written and oral
Ability to follow work instructions
Desirable:
Experience working in a factory environment is advantageous
