We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring efficient assembly processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Duties

Operate various production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and operational guidelines Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and report any faults promptly Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure a safe working environment Support warehouse activities such as material handling, stock organisation, and inventory checks as required Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality throughout production runs

Requirements

Proven experience or familiarity wthe food production and basic technical tasks Experience with assembly processes within a warehouse or manufacturing setting is desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Previous food production experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided where necessary Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail with a focus on safety standards at all times Flexibility to work shifts as required, including potential overtime during busy periods
