Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and motivated

Production Operatives

to join our EV (Processing) Department at our Attleborough site. In this hands-on role, you'll be preparing poultry for processing and packing to the highest quality and food safety standards.

No previous experience is required - full training will be provided!

Duties

Handle birds safely and humanely Inspect crates, temperature & bird welfare Perform manual slaughter if needed Remove feathers, internals, and inspect for quality Pack offal with correct labelling

Working Hours

Morning shift only: 4:40 AM - 2:10 PM Monday to Friday (No weekends) Free company transport provided from Great Yarmouth to site and back daily

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Good timekeeping and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Willingness to work in a chilled, fast-paced environment Basic English communication skills

Desirable:

Previous experience in a food production or factory setting Interest in developing a long-term career in food manufacturing
