Summary

Our LMC Plastics site in Rotherwas are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team at Linthwaite Group of Companies. In this role, you will Produce, visually inspect and pack good quality products in accordance to written or verbal instructions.

Main Duties

Pack Finished product as per packaging Specification. Maintain the work area to a high standard ensuring its clean, tidy & safe at all times. Conduct visual checks on each part during manufacture for defects ensuring your Lead Operator is informed immediately and a detailed count of failures are recorded. Conduct regular length checks on each part during manufacture for compliance ensuring your Lead Operator is informed immediately of failure and a detailed count of failures are recorded. Complete all production documentation efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications / Knowledge Required

A good level of general education is desirable An NVQ in Manufacturing Operation would be advantageous. A Counterbalance Forklift certificate would be advantageous.

Working Hours

3 Shift Rotation of:

06:00-14:00 / 22:00-06:00 / 14:00-22:00

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.81 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
