NWF Agriculture are keen to onboard a Production Operative with a FLT license on a permanent basis based out of our Wixland site working a 4-on-4-off shift pattern.

Day to Day



Responsible for all production operations from Raw Materials In, through to, Finished Product Loading including operation of the raw material weighbridge

Maintain good bay practices; ensuring raw material figures are correct and shunted when required; monitor raw material levels including substitutions and run outs; routine maintenance tasks as required such as dye/magnet/oil changes

Excellent housekeeping practices - understanding the importance of cleanliness when working with raw materials and to reduce risk of cross contamination

Conduct quality activities including sampling and ensuring accurate input to the system

Loading finished products efficiently and correctly to fulfil customer orders on time and in full

Safely operating manual handling equipment (telehandlers and forklifts)

Operate in line with all Health & Safety processes and supporting the team in identifying hazards & damages to prevent incident



What will you bring?



Previous experience within a production environment working with raw materials would be advantageous but not essential

Current Telehandler & FLT license would be advantageous - it is essential that the successful candidate is willing & able to pass these licenses if they do not already hold one

Good communication skills are essential to be successful within the team environment

Computer literate with the accuracy to ensure sampling data is recorded correctly
