Production Operative

Budget Paper Supplies Ltd are a small family run Business. Due to an increased workload we are recruiting for a General Production Operative on a Permanent basis to come and work with our friendly team based in Helpston. This is a full time position, Hours 8.30 to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Working alongside the Production Team covering aspects of daily production tasks and contributing to our continued success. The role will be working with the Team in our Collate and Packing, Bookmaking and Guillotine operations. We are seeking someone who has a can do attitude, who is a natural problem solver and can assist with our general production requirements.

Previous experience of working within a busy Production environment is essential and you will also need to be physically fit as this role requires a certain amount of lifting paper products.

Main Responsibilities:

Assisting with the Daily Production requirements to meet Production schedule.

Ensuring that all Health and Safety and Environmental requirements are followed.

Ensuring that all Production targets are achieved and all associated paperwork is completed correctly and the specified time frame.

Demonstrating the competent application of good manufacturing practices required to consistently operate to high standards of Quality and Safety.

Working in a safe manner with due consideration for personal Health & Safety and that of co-workers at all times.

To be flexible across operations and undertake training to improve your skill set.

Planning and organising your tasks daily

There may be additional activities to perform from time to time in order to maximise the contribution to our Company goals and objectives.
