We are looking for a reliable and consciousness person to join our small grading team.

The purpose of the role is to undertake quality grading of potatoes for our customer orders with specific reference to optimising pack out and efficiency as well as a range of routine tasks associated with the packaging of fresh produce that meet customer specifications.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, will be able to maintain high levels of concentration for extended periods of time and have a passion to get the job done to the highest standard. They will want to be part of a team and work together with their colleagues, always 'doing the right' thing in every aspect of their work.

The role is currently based around a rotating shift pattern:

Week 1 40 hours 5 days x 8 hour shifts
Week 2 40 hours 5 days x 8 hour shifts
Week 3 40 hours 5 days x 8 hour shifts
Week 4 40 hours 4 days x 10 hours shifts

The start time is 6.30am so applicants would need to ensure that they were able to get to work at this time, whilst we do have limited company transport from some surrounding areas we do advise that you cannot rely on public transport.
