Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the rug manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be fully on trained how to manufacture bespoke rugs and stair runners with use of specialist machinery.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment. Manufacture rugs according to specifications and quality standards. Utilise machines effectively to complete tasks. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Willingness to learn new skills.
