PRODUCTION

opportunities on

DAY SHIFT

.

Previous experience is not necessary as full on-going training and development will be provided. However, you will be a team player, be used to manual work, have good manual dexterity and have a good general level of physical fitness.

PRODUCTION OPPORTUNITIES

are available in our Braiding & Twisting Department where you will be working within a dynamic and hardworking team, running machinery making specialist ropes destined for customers across the world, ranging from Superyachts to Film Sets and Tree Surgeons to Military Special Forces.

In this role you will:

Utilise machinery and hand tools safely and effectively. Have attention to detail and vigilant in order to uphold our high quality standards Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure efficiency and safety. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Assist in other tasks as needed, including inventory management and material handling.

Hours:

Full Time Day Shift: Monday to Friday. 8.00am to 5.00pm, 42.5 hours / week
30 minutes lunch break (unpaid)

2 x 15 minutes tea breaks per shift (paid)

Salary:

Full Time Day Shift: 26,984.10 per year Overtime is often available at Company's discretion and paid at

time and a third

Summary

As a Production Operative in our braiding & twisting department, you will be integral to our operations, twisting yarn and braiding ropes for high quality and often safety critical products. You will be the first stage in the chain to manufacture quality products for our customers. Whilst prior experience is not required, a good level of physical fitness and familiarity with working working in a production environment will be beneficial.
