We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing award winning ice creams, jams & chutneys. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure optimal performance. Report to maintenance staff any machinery issues on production equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines within the manufacturing facility. Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety practices.

Skills

Previous factory experience is highly desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining individual accountability. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Pay: 12.21-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 45 per week
