The Group designs and manufactures products that enhance the comfort, sustainability, security, safety and aesthetics of residential homes and commercial buildings.

We are seeking a Production Operator for our manufacturing plant situated in Henlow, Central Bedfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and successful company manufacturing high quality products.

Main skills and responsibilities:

To run machines and produce weather seals Replacement of raw materials to ensure continuous production Quality Control Checks on profiles To report potential quality issues to supervisor Continual learning of production processes Be aware of scheduling requirements and work to meet targets Maintain a high level of housekeeping To adhere to all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures To report any unsafe acts or Health, Safety and Environmental incidents

Candidate requirements:

Salary components per year:

12.36 per hour 24,102.00 per annum 4,820.40 shift allowance per annum. 28922.40 total salary per annum

three shift system on 6-week rotating basis:

06.00am - 14.00pm 16.00pm - 22.00pm 22.00pm - 06.00am
