Your role in Synergy Flavour's Success
As a vital part of Synergy's production team, you will support smooth operations by handling materials, operating machinery safely, and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace. You'll work collaboratively to meet production goals, follow GMP and hygiene standards, and communicate effectively with your team.
How You Will Contribute:Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Self motivated, dependable and committed to high work standards. Willingness to learn, take direction, and follow procedures. Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks. Basic computer literacy, including familiarity and Microsoft Office. Compliance with PPE requirements at all times while on site.

As a Production Operative you will:Lift and handle bags of raw materials and finished products (manual handling required). Operate production machinery following established procedures and safety standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and site hygiene standards. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors. Record production data and use Microsoft Office for basic documentation and reporting.
