We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team.
Bespoke Composite Panels
specialises in crafting advanced composite structures and panels designed for durability, precision, and performance across a wide variety of industries. They include including aerospace, marine, rail, print, interiors, and museums. Our products are engineered to meet unique specifications, making them ideal for applications requiring strength, lightweight construction, and versatility.
Duties
Ensure a professional, quality service external and internal) is provided at all times throughout the various stages of production.
Be conversant with and adhere to the Company's Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and all other Company Rules and Policies.
Undertake cleaning, loading and unloading of machines.
Undertake training in the production of vacuum and architectural products.
Meet quality standard and meet targets required.
Completion of routine department paperwork and adhering to administrative and quality and technical procedures. Understanding of computers is required.
Work on own without supervision and have a flexible approach to work situations.
Some heavy lifting required.
Undertake counter balance (forklift) truck training if required to
Co-operate fully with the company regarding all H&S matters and be aware of the importance of complying with H&S Policy to ensure a safe workplace and maintain the integrity of the environment (See P-HS-17175).
You may be required to train other colleagues as and when requested.
Any additional work identified as necessary for the smooth operation of the business.
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to assembly tasks.
Experience in warehouse operations is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output.
Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required.
Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
