ACL Hygienics as part of Tridon Europe is a global leader in flow control solutions for the pharmaceutical and food & beverage sectors. This role is to support the manufacturing process by operating machinery, assembling components, and ensuring that products meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly and Production:
Operate machinery and equipment in line with standard operating procedures, assembling or packaging products as required to meet production schedules.
Quality Control:
Conduct inspections and tests on products to identify defects, ensuring that all finished goods meet quality standards. Report any issues or inconsistencies to supervisors.
Material Handling:
Collect, measure, and prepare materials and components needed for production. Assist with inventory management by tracking materials used and reporting low stock levels.
Machine Operation:
Safely operate and maintain production machinery, conducting basic setup and adjustments as needed, and reporting any equipment issues for maintenance.
Record-Keeping:
Complete and maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced, scrap generated, and any downtime or delays encountered.
Housekeeping & Safety:
Keep the production area clean and organized, following all health and safety protocols. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and report any safety hazards immediately.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other company operatives and supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow and meet production targets. Communicate any production issues or improvement ideas to the team.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, but full training will be provided.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
Basic understanding of production machinery and equipment
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift materials as required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 25kg throughout the shift.
