Overview

Dynamix Group (JDAB Fabrications) are renowned specialists in steel fabrication, bespoke shop fitting fabrication and assembly and have a position available for a production operative.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpreting engineering drawings and following work instructions.

Using a variety of hand, power and air tools to assemble metal components.

Building large and small assemblies in a high volume, fast paced engineering environment.

Completion of thorough quality checks throughout the assembly process.

Reporting any faults/defects to your line manager.

Organisation of materials and parts to facilitate the assembly process.

Desirable but not essential:

Knowledge of BS EN1090 and factory production control systems.

Experience on a Bystronic 6kw laser.

Experience using brake press machines (operator, not setter).

Forklift license (counterbalance)

Essential:

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Able to read and understand engineering drawings.

Recent experience using a wide variety of hand/power/air tools.

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
