Production Operative - Late Shift

The Production Operative will be required to multi-skill across process areas as required to support production output.




The responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):




Follow process instructions to assist in achieving daily output

Follow all health and safety procedures

Wearing full PPE Lead

Weigh fill and press Squib Cartridges

Manufacture and preparation for Chaff productions

Assembly of Flares

Ensure compliance with the Core Health & Safety Cire Training

Quality control of all products

Handling of pyrotechnic products



Production Operative Specification:




Right to live and work in the UK, with ability to obtain a BPSS

Ability to wear full PPE

Previously worked in a similar environment

Safety knowledge




This role will be worked over 4 days, working 34 hours per week, Mon to Thurs 14:30 - 23:45pm. Flexibility in this role is critical to the success of supporting the team.





The successful candidate will receive a salary of 23196.16- 26,360.88. You will also receive a shift premium at 20%.
