About the role

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Production Operatives to join our ice cream factory team. In this role, you will play a key part in the production and packaging of high-quality ice cream products, ensuring they meet our company standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about food manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

o Operate machinery and equipment used in ice cream production.



o Mix, process, and monitor ingredients according to production recipes and guidelines.



o Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.



o Assist in the packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products.



o Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all production areas, following strict food safety standards.



o Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.



o Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.



o Complete and maintain production records and documentation.

Requirements:

o Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (desirable but not essential).



o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.



o Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (training provided if necessary).



o Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.



o Physically fit, with the ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
