Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a factory setting and possess mechanical knowledge to effectively operate machinery and equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of our products.

Duties

Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols. Assemble products on the assembly line, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various production tasks as required. Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify any mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance as needed. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling as necessary. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Previous factory or manufacturing experience is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is a plus. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Experience operating forklifts is highly desirable. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and schedules.
