FermionX Ltd is based in Worthing, West Sussex. We are a family run business with 50 years expertise design, manufacturing and distribution. We are dedicated to delivering tailored, practical solutions for our partners.

Due to customer growth, we are seeking a Mechanical Assembler.

Responsible for the electro-mechanical production and assembly of both proprietary and contract-manufactured products in accordance with defined processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow detailed assembly instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Collaborate with team members and support colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines Report any issues related to quality, processes, materials or equipment to the Line Manager promptly

We are looking for applicants with:

High level of attention to detail and accuracy during assembly Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely Consistent focus and stamina for repetitive tasks Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards Prioritisation of product quality over speed when required

Pay: 25,000.00-26,000.00 per year
