We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring efficient workflow, and adhering to safety standards. Duties

Operate various manufacturing and assembly machinery in accordance with operational procedures. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist with the assembly of components using hand tools and power tools as required. Monitor production processes, identify issues, and implement corrective actions promptly. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards. Document production activities accurately and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.

Skills

Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand machinery operation and troubleshooting. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly and maintenance tasks. Experience in machine operation is essential Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Willingness to learn is key.
