Experienced Production/Manufacturing Operative
We are seeking an experienced Production/Manufacturing Operative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Although not essential, previous experience working with powders and vertical form fill sealing machines would be highly beneficial.Key Responsibilities:
Operate our in-house bespoke machinery to produce hair colour blends.
Follow procedures to transfer mixed hair dye powders into the filling machine.
Run and monitor the filling machine to package products into pouches.
Batch code and label filled pouches accurately.
Accurately check weights and ensure that quality control checks are in place.
Effectively be able to understand and troubleshoot machinery.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, following company hygiene and safety standards.
To be able to work independently following a detailed monthly production plan.
Good attention to detail.
This role involves working closely with our Production Manager to ensure that all manufacturing processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
