Production Operative
Morecambe - Strongdor Factory
Full time - Day shift and late shift available


At Strongdor, we take pride in crafting high quality, British-made bespoke steel doors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our team.


About the role:


As Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Opportunities are available in the following departments:


Build
Leaf line
Packaging


Key Responsibilities:


Collaborating with your team to manufacture bespoke steel doors from sheet metal.
Read and interpret technical drawings.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and relevant SOPs.
Maintaining high housekeeping standards.
Relaying process improvement, suggestions, and challenges to your team leader.
Being a flexible team member, willing to work at any point of the process


Full training will be provided for this role.

Assembly work
Sheet steel fabrication


Shift details:


Day shift:


Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm


Wednesday: 7:00am - 4:00pm


Friday: 7:00am - 2:45pm


Late shift:


Monday to Thursday: 2:45pm - 12:45am
