Job Title: Multi skilled Production Operative

Duties:
- Perform various tasks in a manufacturing environment to support production operations, may include operating and maintaining machines.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, disassemble, or modify products
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and diagrams
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if require

-Mechanical knowledge would be preferred

-Supervisor/Team experience preferred

-Must be team player .

-Reliable with excellent attendance record.

-Good level GCSE Maths and English preferred.
