Skills & Experience Essential o Experience operating CNC mills or other CNC-controlled equipment. o Strong understanding of precision machining principles. o Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances. o Practical problem-solving mindset with the ability to think logically under pressure. o Good communication skills and willingness to contribute ideas for improvement. Desirable o Experience with ferrite, ceramics, or fragile materials. o Experience with NC surface grinding, lapping, or laser processing. o Familiarity with toolpaths, offsets, feeds & speeds, and general machining optimisation. o Exposure to a continuous improvement environment (Lean, 5S, etc.).
