The Role

We're looking for a

hands-on Production Operative

to join our growing team. This role is physically active and ideal for someone who enjoys working on their feet, takes pride in craftsmanship, and values working in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Filling & Labelling:

Accurately fill, cap, and label cosmetic products using semi-automated machinery

Batch Work:

Assist in the preparation, production, and packaging of small-batch products (no factory lines here!)

Quality Control:

Maintain high standards of consistency, cleanliness, and presentation across all products

Cleaning & Maintenance:

Set up, clean, and maintain workstations and machinery in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and hygiene standards

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth, efficient production runs

What We're Looking For

A

reliable and detail-oriented

person with a strong work ethic

Physically fit

and comfortable with manual handling and occasional lifting Good time management and the ability to follow processes accurately A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus -- but not essential

Location:

On-site role, based at our Radlett facility

Transport:

Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting

Work authorisation:

Must have the right to work in the UK

Working hours

: Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
