We're looking for a reliable and practical Production Operative to join a small, friendly manufacturing team based near Petersfield. This is a short-term, 3-4 week temporary assignment, ideal if you're available immediately and enjoy hands-on, detail-focused work in a supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating and loading metal tubes into a swaging machine Using basic workshop tools and equipment such as a pillar drill Pressing and assembling metal tubes with care and precision Checking work for quality and accuracy Following clear instructions to maintain safety and production standards

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment Good work ethic and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work safely Own transport is essential due to location

What You'll Get:

12.50 per hour, paid weekly Monday-Thursday 07:45-17:00 | Friday 07:45-14:00 15-minute paid tea breaks each day and a 30-minute unpaid lunch (Mon-Thu) A straightforward, temporary role with immediate start
