We have another opening for a Production Operative at our factory based in Chesterfield (S40 2WB).

Smartovations Ltd is home to Condensate Pro & Primary Pro.

The job role includes various different tasks including (but not limited to) coating insulation, assembling, packing, manufacturing bespoke products for the Renewables, Plumbing & Heating Industry.

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an additional Production Operative to join our team. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing products in a warehouse setting. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge and the ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively.

Duties:

- Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble products according to specifications

- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

- Inspect finished products for quality assurance

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with power tools and hand tools (preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and quality control

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time

7:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Paid Daily Breaks: 30 Minute Lunch Break & 15 Minute Morning Break.

Additional overtime hours available on request (overtime rate paid on hours over contracted hours)

Quarterly Performance Bonus (up to 300), plus Additional Christmas Bonus

Weekly Pay.
