Our workshop and offices are based in Newbury, from where we serve a client base across the UK and EMEA which includes blue chip companies, global brands, as well as collaborations with leading architectural practices and designers.

Join Our Team

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our busy and dynamic production team. In this role, you'll be a key part of the process that brings a wide range of signage products to life -- from raw materials to finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare raw materials in readiness for manufacturing

Carry out finishing processes such as taping and drilling

Prepare finished goods and pack ready for dispatch following quality control checks

Book carriers and couriers for outgoing deliveries

Receive and book in deliveries of materials and stock

Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles

Maintain a clean and tidy workshop area

Follow all company Health & Safety policies and procedures

Support general maintenance of facilities

What We're Looking For

A strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Good organisational skills and a proactive attitude

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (desirable but not essential)

Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
