The night shift operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, this will mean some weekend work as and when a weekend falls within the working pattern (averages 38.5 hours per week). TRUEfoods are an established and growing family run Company specialising in the highest quality stocks.

We are recruiting reliable production operatives to assist in the production and packing of high quality chilled foods inline with the company quality standard.

As part of you role you will be required to complete paperwork accurately and in a set time frame ensuring products are stored safely and production equipment and storage facilities are kept clean.

These are physically demanding roles which require a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness and hygiene. You will be a strong communicator and posses the ability to work as part of a team and on your own.

Previous food production experience would be beneficial but full training will be provided. You must be flexible and open to additional hours, adaptable and be able to follow strict Health and Safety procedures throughout site.
