we're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented

Production Operator

to help us deliver high-quality products that make a real difference in people's lives.

What You'll Be Doing

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Assemble, package, and label products with precision. Conduct quality checks and report any issues. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment. Keep your workspace clean and organized (we love 5S!). Support stock control and inventory processes. Work collaboratively to meet production targets. Complete documentation and logs accurately. Operate FLT/PPT and cranes to support product despatch.

Shifts:

Sun- Thurs, 10pm- 6am.

Rates of Pay:

27,200 + 4,500 shift allowance per annum

What We're Looking For

Experience in a manufacturing environment (Injection Moulding is a plus!). Forklift experience is highly desirable. A team player with a positive, flexible attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. Physically able to stand for long periods and lift materials.
