Production Operative - Join Our Growing Team!



Are you looking for a hands-on role in a friendly and supportive environment? We're seeking Production Operatives with FLT (Forklift Truck) experience to join our dedicated team and help ensure a smooth and efficient production process.



Key Responsibilities


Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to keep production running smoothly. Plant handling: Move plants and trays of compost into position within greenhouses. Site care: Maintain a clean and tidy site, supporting the maintenance team when needed. Bench installation: Assist with installing new benches as part of site improvements. General nursery duties: Carry out a variety of tasks to support day-to-day operations. Forklift operation: Safely operate a forklift truck to move materials and equipment as required.

Please note: This role involves manual lifting.



Working Hours


Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Occasional Saturdays: 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM Bank Holidays: Some work may be required




Requirements


FLT experience A positive team player with a strong work ethic Ability to handle physical tasks and work in a greenhouse environment Reliability and attention to detail
