Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative with an industry-leading automotive manufacturer that assembles components for Mini Car interior and exterior.

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Oxford.

The rate of pay is:
- upto 12 weeks \xc2\xa315.60 per hour
- 12 week + \xc2\xa317.63 per hour
- 52 weeks + \xc2\xa318.67 per hour
- 78 Weeks + \xc2\xa319.70 per hour
- 104 weeks + \xc2\xa320.74 per hour
Monthly pay (This excludes shift premiums).

This is a full-time role working two-week rotating shifts, two weeks on 6.30am to 4.15pm followed by two weeks on 4.15pm to 2.30am.

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative you will be responsible for:

- Applying wax and sealants
- Using power tools
- Loading/Unloading machines
- Assembling components inside and outside of the car
- Some lifting/manual handling will be required

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be able to follow work instructions and show good dexterity. You will need to be physically fit due to standing for long periods of time on a moving production line.

Production Operatives will ideally have worked in automotive prior but not essential

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
