As one of the UKs leading ready-meal manufacturers, Strathmore Foods produces a wide range of chilled and frozen products servicing both the retail and foodservice markets. Our product portfolio falls under brands: McIntosh of Strathmore, Findowie Farmhouse, Scottish Favourites and Strathmore Foodservice. We are renowned for using the finest ingredients to create hearty, traditional, convenient meals.

We are currently looking for individuals to join our fast-paced Packing Department. Here you will work as part of a team to complete customer orders to plan as efficiently as possible. Our customers are a variety of the most recognised supermarkets in the UK. You will work in a target driven environment and maintain the speed of the production line, leading to on-time order completion, with excellent quality of produce.

Key Accountabilities: (not exhaustive)

Adherence to H&S, Quality, Food Safety (HACCP) and Food Hygiene standards are maintained to the prescribed company standards. You will work as part of a team preparing, inspecting, assembling, and packing product to customer specifications. Complete paperwork as trained and required to do so, both written and electronically: Quality, Temperature Monitoring, Data Recording (Redzone) Ensure the working area is always kept clean - adopting a clean as you go policy. Be able to work independently, as well as being a key member of the team. Work effectively on any part of machinery, further to appropriate training. Highlight any line and or product issues to the Supervisor immediately.
