Paint Plant Production Operative

to join the

Production Department

, based at

Watt Close, Andover

.


This role will involve working within a busy paint plant environment, supporting the production process by preparing, handling, inspecting, and delivering painted components in line with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

As a Paint Plant Production Operative, you will work Monday - Thursday 05:45 - 14:00



Friday 05:45 - 12:15, during these hours you will receive a 15% shift allowance. This position is offered on a permanent contract.

To be successful as a

, it is essential that you have previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience within a paint plant or similar industrial setting would be desirable.

Paint Plant Production Operative Responsibilities



Working in accordance with Company Health & Safety policies, safe systems of work, and standard operating procedures Bunging components as per drawings and hanging/unloading components on relevant jigs Inspecting finished work against quality criteria to ensure required standards are met Delivering finished parts to designated locations using part-specific trolleys or bins Maintaining good housekeeping standards and complying with environmental requirements
