Our Penrith plant is entering a new phase of growth and will soon manufacture all high-volume doors for JELD-WEN's UK customers. This expansion brings new opportunities for the local workforce, supporting skill development, career progression, and a stronger future for the community.

JELD-WEN Penrith continues to offer competitive rates of pay, with rates adjusted to reflect current standards:

Early Shift (6am-2pm): 13.23/hour

Late Shift (2pm-10pm): 14.02/hour

Night Shift (10pm-6am): 15.28/hour

Your role:

Assembly tasks according to specifications and quality standards Operate machinery to produce high-end doors and maintain smooth production flow Conduct basic quality checks to ensure excellence in every product Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health & safety regulations Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines Provide timely and proactive support.

What we're looking for:

Good timekeeping is essential Commitment to workplace safety Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and a dedication to quality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic English communication skills.
