Waremoss Group- Our MDS production hub in Uckfield is recruiting

Our dispensing hub is a production based pharmacy environment to help support our community pharmacies by assembling Monitored Dosage Systems (MDS) for their patients and dispatching the assembled packs back to branch.

Hours:

1) Monday - Friday 9am-6pm (1hour unpaid lunch break)

2) Monday-Friday 1pm-6pm

We also welcome applicants to apply that are looking to work 2/3 consecutive days at the beginning/end of the week to create a job share. There is no regular weekend work!

Starting rate of pay: Up to 12.30 per hour

About the Role

We're looking for reliable and detail-focused individual to join our busy pharmacy production hub as

Pharmaceutical Production Operative

. This environment is clean and fast-paced, working with machines and manual processes to ensure the safe and accurate assembly of medication packs.

Key Responsibilities

Removing medication from original packaging using a de-blistering machine Refilling machine canisters with medication Using IT systems and automation machines to assemble medication packs Performing basic

quality checks

to ensure accuracy and safety Packaging and preparing medication for dispatch Ordering stock and managing inventory Responding to queries from pharmacies via email and phone

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail Able to stand and move throughout the shift Comfortable following set processes and quality standards Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Basic computer skills Able to work to targets and under time pressure Previous production or pharmacy experience is helpful but not required - full training provided
