Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are processed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires a production mindset and the ability to work as a team to meet operating targets.

Duties

Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Carry out all roles efficiently, adhering to quality control standards. Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the process. Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify any mechanical issues or maintenance needs. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience of operating forklifts is preferred. Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely. Ability to work effectively in a warehouse setting, demonstrating good organisational skills and following instruction. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
