Production Operative

Location: Rotherham

Shift Pattern: Continental (4 on, 4 off - 2 days, 2 nights, 12-hour shifts)

Starting Salary from 27,500 per annum

We are currently recruiting a

Production Operative

to join our dedicated team in

Rotherham

. This role will involve operating Coiler/Assembler and Rollpack machinery, with additional responsibilities in warehousing. Working as part of a two-person team, both team members will be fully cross-trained across all areas to support flexibility and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC automated machinery for the production and assembly of mattress pocket spring units. Ensure continuous supply of materials including springs and glue. Perform product testing, calibration, and labelling in line with quality assurance procedures. Accurately record and analyse test and production data. Interpret and work from technical documentation and production processes. Adhere to production schedules and meet planned deadlines. Maintain high standards of quality and follow standard operating procedures.

Willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities, and develop multiskilled capabilities.
