Join Our High -Tech Print Production Team - Permanent & Temporary Opportunities Available

Our cutting-edge factory is powered by industry-leading technology, including a fleet of Heidelberg XL106 litho presses, two of the world's first Landa nanographic digital printers, state-of-the-art Muller Martini finishing lines, and Heidelberg folders, among other advanced equipment.


We're looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our production team in the following roles:

Guillotine Operator

Folding Machine Operator

Dispatch Operator

About the Roles

As a

Guillotine Operator

or

Folding Machine Operator

, you'll use your technical expertise to produce high-quality printed materials, from perfectly stitched books to large-format posters, ensuring precision and excellence every time.


As a

Dispatch Operator

, you'll be the final link in our production chain, checking, packing, and preparing products for delivery with the highest attention to detail. You'll coordinate with production teams to ensure goods leave the factory efficiently and on schedule.

What We Offer

Real Living Wage Employer Salary starting from and depends on your role and shift pattern. + 24/7 Continental (DuPont) shifts pay 13.05 per hour (approx. 29,095 per year) for 12:15 hour day and night shifts across a 4-week cycle, averaging 42.87 hours per week, with 7 consecutive days off during the cycle.
+ 24/5 shifts pay 14.06 per hour (approx. 30,341 per year) for 8:15 hour day and night shifts over 20 shifts in 4 weeks, averaging 41.5 hours per week, with two consecutive days off each weekend.

Shift Patterns

24/7 DuPont/Continental Shift (Production Roles)

Rotating 12.15-hour day and night shifts 4-week repeating cycle averaging 42.87 hours per week Includes a 7-day rest period every 4 weeks

Example rotation:


Week 1: 4 night shifts, 3 days off Week 2: 3 day shifts, 1 day off, 3 night shifts Week 3: 3 days off, 4 day shifts Week 4: 7 days off

24/5 Shift (Dispatch Roles)

Rotating 8.5-hour day and night shifts, Sunday to Friday Average 41.5 hours per week Two consecutive days off each weekend Shift times:

06:00 - 14:15 (Mon-Fri)

Afternoons:

14:00 - 22:15 (Mon-Fri)

What We're Looking For
