Job Overview:
We are seeking a Production Operative to join our small but growing team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for the printing, manufacturing, packing and shipping of all our products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This is a hands-on role that involves working with graphic design and printing technologies as well as mechanical manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

Operation of Printing and Heat press equipment Manufacturer of orders Workflow job queues management Workload prioritisation Packaging of orders Despatching of orders Equipment cleaning/maintenance Quality Control Stock control / management Graphic Design Waste management
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent General Computer Literacy essential Full training will be provided Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred but not essential Keen attention to detail and quality control Must be team player and flexible as you will be required to get involved in other aspects of the business when required Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good communication
