Production Operative
Job Description
Due to expansion, we are actively seeking a production operative to join our friendly team of committed individuals operating high volume box manufacturing machines.
The work involves a high amount of manual handling and so a good degree of dexterity and physical fitness is demanded.
The complexity of the work will also demand a good standard of basic education.
Previous experience within a Factory environment and operating machinery would be an advantage.
Based in Ruyton XI Towns, Shrewsbury - this is a rural location and therefore own transport essential.
Our basic starting rate is 12.21 but with opportunity to progress with experience, over time. In addition, we offer a monthly performance related bonus scheme and a number of other benefits associated with a progressive company.
The hours of work will normally be Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm & 8am to 2pm on Friday, however a degree of flexibility will be necessary during busy periods.
